Motivated seller! Excellent location, within walking distance to Market St and downtown. Value-add opportunity in Corning! Priced at $47,000, approximately half of market value, this property offers significant potential for an investor, contractor, or buyer ready to restore and customize a home. Best suited as a single-family home. The upper-level features 3 bedrooms, a full bath with tub/shower, a separate laundry room with newer washer and dryer, and a kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances. The lower level sustained fire damage in October 2024 and has been gutted to the rafters. The fire also damaged the heating systems and electrical panels, serving both levels. The property is ready for renovation and is being sold in its current condition. Appliances sold in as-is condition. Major exterior improvements completed in 2019 include vinyl siding, a heavy-duty wrap-around porch, fresh stain, and a tin porch roof. With the proper repairs, permits, inspections, and compliance with applicable city code requirements, the property offers lots of potential. Buyer to verify all zoning, code, permit, and use requirements. Being sold as-is.
