866 Cash Pl, Fort Garland, CO 81133

Nice flat lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The lot next to it and the lot bordering the back of this lot are also available for sale, so you could have a big lot with all 3 together. The property was affected by the 2018 Spring fire but the new trees are coming back in very well. The lot is covered with new aspen and pine trees. Great views of the surrouding mountains. National Forest access is just a few minutes drive and is accessed right from the subdivision.
