Great opportunity for a first home or investment! This charming corner lot is just a short distance from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and more. The windows were replaced in 2007, and the roof was completely replaced in 2016 with a possible warranty transfer. Basement is dry and has laundry and mechanicals with one finished room for a workshop, rec room or use your imagination. The water heater is from 2018, and the bathroom has been updated with a new shower and other upgrades within the last five years. Enjoy timeless hardwood floors downstairs, with new carpet on the stairs and in both bedrooms. The refrigerator and stove are almost brand new, and all appliances stay with the home. A nice enclosed porch for those relaxing evenings. There is a two-car garage, with one side featuring an automatic opener. This solid, move-in ready home could use a little freshening up on the outside, but it's ready for you to move right in. The seller welcomes inspections, however the home is being sold as-is.
