3601 Idlewood Ave, Richmond, VA 23221

Great location and close to Carytown! The lot has great potential and is on the corner of Idlewood and Rothsay. Garage has an electrical panel but condition is unknown and is in "as is condtion" It has good light from windows to the north and east and double doors for access to the west and a single door the rear yard. It could be interesting as an art studio or workshop or possible conversion to an adu. The main house has extensive smoke and fire damage and will require a knowlegeable person to either bring it back or bulldoze and start fresh with their unique vision! The neighborhood seems to have quite a few in fill and new builds so it would lend itself for this direction. There is VALUE ALSO WITH PRIOR UTILITIES OF ELECTRIC, GAS, WATER AND SEWER.
