I am pleased to present this custom contemporary home constructed by Gene Fritzel for KU's basketball coach Larry Brown. Coach Brown led the team aptly named "Danny & the Miracles" to win the 1987/88 NCAAP National Championship. There have only been two owners, the most recent steward was accomplished artist, Janet Satz. The design, setting, architecture and construction are truly exceptional. My hunch; in another 7 years this home reaches 50 years old it could be nominated to be on the Historic Register due to Brown and the distinctive architecture by Fritzel. The location is superb, located on one of the most secluded cul-de-sacs in Lawrence, Quail Creek Court. The home resides on a large lot and is surrounded by mature trees that back up to Alvamar golf course. The home was recently painted on the exterior and interior. The roof is newer. Someone will be very happy here. Who's next?
