811 S 12th St, Nashville, TN 37206

Some homes are simply impossible to forget, and this one is certainly among them! Once a neighborhood storefront, this extraordinary East Nashville home was completely reimagined in 2024 by Archinerd, with an appreciation for its history and an incredible attention to detail. From the extra-thick brick walls and deep window ledges to custom built-ins, beautiful woodwork, and Schumacher wallpaper, every corner has something worth noticing. Even the cats were considered, with a custom-designed network of tunnels, an elevated loft, and an outdoor catio! The extensive renovation also included a standing-seam metal roof, new HVAC, and major electrical and plumbing updates. Perched on a hill between Five Points and Shelby Park, with some of East Nashville's favorite restaurants, shops, and parks just a walk or bike ride away. A truly one-of-a-kind home with a story all its own!
