Come and see this adorable updated cottage in Schnitzelburg, close to Kroger, The Post, Bean (Coffee Shop), and all the diverse commerce on Goss--too many hotspots to list. Not to mention . . . The Dainty! Easy access to the Highlands, UoL, downtown, medical centers, and interstates. The space is open and light-filled. Plantation shutters throughout add style and provide access to light and privacy. The bedroom closets are cedar-lined. There is also a delightful three-season sunroom off the kitchen that's a perfect spot to relax. AND there is a catio. According to previous sales (including pics), there is hardwood under the LVP flooring in the living and bedrooms (you can get a peak of it in the hall closet). The basement is the full footprint of the house, has high ceilings, and offers additional square footage and an opportunity for expansion. There is a laundry hookup in the kitchen, as well as the basement. Make an appointment to see this darling home today!
