We bought the property around 16 years ago and completed extensive renovations in 2020. We wanted to create a home where people would love spending time, somewhere we could entertain friends and family, not just on special occasions, but on long summer evenings around the outdoor kitchen, over relaxed drinks at the bar, during family film nights in the cinema or having fun over a game of pool. With no immediate neighbours, we can enjoy having people over without worrying about disturbing anyone. As a family, we tend to gather in the large family room with the dogs, especially in winter when we light the fire, play pool or simply relax together. Lincoln is approximately 50 minutes away by car, and Nottingham is also accessible, making it easy to enjoy the best of both countryside and city life.
