Invest in Persimmon Place with the Freshwater townhome model, available with a builder leaseback! David Weekley Homes will continue to use the property as a model, giving the new owner an opportunity to receive rental income while the builder occupies the home. It’s hard to imagine a better tenant than the builder themself! Townhomes in Persimmon Place are selling fast, with some pre-selling before construction on their buildings even begins! The community’s location adds to its appeal: it’s just five minutes from the shops at Wiregrass, zoned for A-rated Wiregrass schools, and offers easy access to major roadways, dining, and everyday conveniences. As our most sought-after floorplan, the Freshwater model offers generously sized bedrooms and premium design upgrades throughout. Its oversized two-car garage provides room for vehicles, storage, and all the extras that come with everyday life. Its fenced-in yard offers valuable private outdoor space. Plus, with lawn maintenance covered by the HOA, future residents can enjoy the extra yard space without the hassle of maintaining it. Purchase now with the builder in place as your tenant, then consider your options when the leaseback ends!
