5661 Leona St, St. Louis, MO 63116

OPEN THURS. 10/22 4-6 p.m. Who needs a beach vacation when your house feels this sunny? 5661 Leona will be your bright spot this winter as it is literally glowing with light! Pass through the quaint front porch to your open living room with its beautiful stained glass windows that actually open to let in even more light. The living room has a natural flow to the dining room and the heart of this home: the bright and welcoming kitchen! This kitchen gives off white-washed, Caribbean vibes with new white cabinets, appliances, a new backsplash, breakfast bar and warm butcher block countertops. Even more rare in South City is its open layout, so you can feel connected and not boxed off while you're preparing your food for your loved ones! Moving toward the back of the home, pass by the retro bathroom with beautiful vintage tile galore and into your first bedroom which is very spacious and includes a bonus space behind it. Make it an office, a walk-in closet, whatever you need. It's there! Downstairs, note the second sleeping area (with fresh carpet) which is big enough to fit a king-sized bed! Both bedrooms have nice-sized closets as well, also rare in the city! The outdoor space does not disappoint either with fresh landscaping and a privacy fence. And, the land behind the fence comes with the sale as well! Expand your backyard or even better, make a parking pad or garage! Plenty of flexible space here and a real bonus. The location bordering Holly Hills is also pretty special as it is minutes from beautiful fall strolls in Carondelet Park and also right across the street from Leona Market, the cutest Mediterranean grocery and bakery (try the hummus, you won't regret it!) Everyone wants walkability and community these days and this location really delivers! Passed occupancy means the only thing left to do is move in! SNEAK PEEK open house on Thurs. 10/22 from 4-6 p.m. before showings begin on Friday.
