725 Lafayette Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84116

Take a stroll down this quiet, tree-lined street and you'll quickly see why this little pocket of Salt Lake feels special. Just around the corner, newly reopened Steenblik Park brings some personality to the neighborhood with its massive bronze cat sculptures, toddler play area, two-story playground, and newly planted native landscaping and trees. Back at home, there's plenty of room to spread out with four bedrooms, two full baths, an updated kitchen, 1-car garage, downstairs family room, and an enclosed workshop/shed with natural light. Out back, the large covered carport easily pulls double duty as a patio, creating a great spot for summer BBQs, family gatherings, or dinner outside. Some high-ticket items have already been handled too, with a new roof featuring ridgeline vents, double pane windows, and the sewer lateral lined all the way to the city connection. And when you're ready to venture beyond the neighborhood, downtown, the Marmalade District, and Salt Lake International Airport are all just minutes away.
