92-2220 Oceanview Pkwy, Ocean View, HI 96704

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home on one acre has seen substantial improvements since it was last offered for sale, including a remodeled kitchen and bathroom, updated flooring and a large lanai that dramatically expands the usable outdoor space. The remodeled kitchen features updated cabinetry, countertops, farmhouse-style sink, tile backsplash, stainless steel range and vent hood. Updated flooring carries through the main living area, which opens directly onto the lanai and takes advantage of the coastline and ocean views. Under the home are three separate storage rooms with concrete floors currently used as a sewing room, tool room and storage, providing valuable additional workspace and storage. The relatively level one-acre lot features smooth pahoehoe lava with plenty of room for gardens and outdoor projects. Located on Ocean View Pkwy between Bamboo and Reef in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates. Ocean View offers grocery stores, hardware, gas stations, restaurants and other everyday services, with Kailua-Kona a little over an hour to the north. Please excuse the boxes and belongings in the spare bedroom. The occupants are in the process of packing and are currently using this room to organize and box their belongings for their upcoming move.
