Build your dream home on this level, 2.62-acre cul-de-sac lot in the desirable gated community of Castlebrooke Farms, with convenient access to I-85, shopping, and restaurants. The current owner hired AWT Engineers and Soil Scientists and paid for a new soil study. PER AWT: Based on our site testing, there appears to be adequate space for the septic system. While the site has sufficient space, this is an advanced surface drip system that requires permitting through the state rather than the county. As a result, the state will make the final determination whether the system can be installed. Once the permit application has been submitted, the state review process typically takes 3–6 months or longer.
