Yay--it's a Mandalay in Adora at Timber Sky! Known for beautiful single-level living, thoughtful design and exceptional energy efficiency, Mandalay homes are a favorite for buyers who want an easy-to-maintain home that is both polished and easy to live in. This custom is beautifully appointed. Nearly every finish was upgraded, including the cabinetry, countertops, lighting, fixtures, tile, paint and appliances. The result is a tranquil, welcoming and luxurious feel. Clerestory windows fill the interior with natural light, while the open great room and spacious kitchen create an inviting setting for everyday living and entertaining. The third bedroom is a great bonus, designed with its own cabinetry and mini refrigerator--perfect for guests, a teenager or as a private office.
