3180 Williston Rd, Walkertown, NC 27051

3180 Williston Road in Walkertown is a brick ranch home and small farm on 8.31 acres of land. The house has hardwood floors in most of the ground level. There's a full basement which is about halfway finished, including a large TV room with working fireplace, which is very cozy in winter. There's also a sunroom on the back of the house with two skylights for beautiful views year round. It's close to schools and about 15 minute drive to downtown Winston-Salem and about the same to Kernersville. Some small repairs are needed, but the house is certainly livable as-is. The farm includes a barn and three farm storage sheds. There's also a small creek at the back end of the property. The land has been used in the past for livestock, horses and family gardens.
