0 Dawn Rd, Falcon, MO 65470

This property features a mix of field and timber, county road frontage and near multiple gasconade river access points, and mere minutes to various blocks of Mark Twain National forest. Currently used for annual hay production, the property has various riding trails, and would easily transition into wildlife habitat or getting a hobby farm started. This property located in Plato, MO is located smack dab in the middle of some of SW Missouri’s best public hunting grounds for deer and turkey, and gives plenty of options to both archery and firearms hunters. Surrounded by large farms on both sides of the road, there's space and privacy much larger than its 33+ acres. With the proper homesite selection, you have the option for privacy or expansive views. Less than 20 min to I44 and about 30 minutes to Ft Leonard Wood and Lebanon. Never been managed for hunting, this property has consistently provided good hunting opportunities for decades. With some dedicated efforts it would prove even better. It also has a history with one of the most unique whitetail bucks Laclede County has ever produced. Contact me for more details, and the story of that particular deer if interested!
