If you've been looking for a Table Rock Lake place with plenty of personality, outdoor space, and room to spread out, this one has a lot going for it. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sits on a beautiful corner lot with mature landscaping that gives the property a private, established feel. The grounds could use a little cleanup, but there's already a lot here to work with, including a sand volleyball court, water garden, storage shed, and plenty of space to enjoy being outside. You may even have a few deer wander through while you're having your morning coffee. Inside, the kitchen has been nicely updated with quartz countertops, tile backsplash, updated appliances, lighting, and fixtures. The main level includes three bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with an updated half bath, plus a guest bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The living room opens onto the upper deck where you'll get partial Table Rock Lake views throughout the year and a fuller lake view once the leaves are down. The dining area also walks directly out to a fenced backyard patio. Downstairs adds even more flexibility with a fourth bedroom, another fully updated bathroom with a soaker tub, a perfect living space for entertaining, and a large storage area. If you want a lake property that already has plenty of updates but still leaves some room to make it your own, this one is worth seeing in person.
